你们好!很高兴我们又见面了。我们的孩子们已经学习了将近两个学期的英语了,孩子们的英语在一点一点地进步着。

同时也有很多的困惑与困难。本次家长会我想重点讲讲关于我们孩子的听读。综合孩子们的

课堂学习习惯、听读检查情况以及一些家长们的电话咨询,我发现孩子在回家的听读完成情

况上存在较多的困惑。

首先我们来看下新制定的国家义务教育英语课程标准一级总目标。

? 能根据教师的简单指令做动作、做游戏、做事情(如涂颜色、连线)。 ? 能做简单的角色扮演。能唱简单的英文歌曲,说简单的英语歌谣。 ? 能在图片的帮助下听懂和读懂简单的小故事。 ? 能交流简单的个人信息,表达简单的情感和感觉。? 能模仿范例书写词句。

? 在学习中乐于模仿,敢于表达,对英语具有一定的感知能力。 ? 对英语学习中接触的外国文化习俗感兴趣。从总目标中,我们明确一下我们一二年级的目标:培养良好的学习习惯和语音语调。 培养和发展孩子们学英语,用英语的兴趣和爱好 大家知道,二年级英语一周的课时量非常少。一个星期只有整整四十分钟的时间是属于

英语课的。加上课堂内检查听读作业、教师教授新内容的时间,虽然我很注意让孩子们尽可

能有机会表达,但实际剩下给孩子们真正自己练习发音的机会少之又少。所以一二年级的英

语更加注重学生在家里的听读。这张表格我在上学期的家长会上也出示过。左边是孩子们课内课外我们预期他们能达到

的目标;右边是家长们能对孩子们做出的帮助。 经过我们将近两个学期对英语课本光盘的大量重复地听读,大部分孩子已经建立了良好

的听读习惯与发音习惯。随之而来的一个问题比较明显,学校校本教材录制的听读光盘内容

比较少,没有视频与图像。慢慢地孩子们对听读学校光盘的兴趣降低了,甚至觉得乏味无趣。

所以这个学期开学初,我对孩子们听读的内容做出了调整。一个星期学校听读光盘保证5分

钟的听读即可,其他时间可以利用一些其他的听读材料和自己的朗读来代替。现在市面上以及网上一些关于少儿英语的儿歌、视频都比较多,家长们可以购买或下载

到电脑上,建议可以让孩子们去听去看。但如果是英语小动画的话,建议家长们选择一些简

单的、没有中文字幕的材料。时间不要太长。保护好孩子们的眼睛。 如果家长有一定的英语基础,可以从网上下载一些英语儿童绘本,为孩子讲述英语故事。

这样可以与孩子进行英语互动,也是一个很不错的办法。学生的抽象思维能力较低,形象思

维能力强,但注意力容易分散。适合以故事、小品、漫画或动画等形式展示,并配以丰富的

色彩,从而增强学生的兴趣和注意力。根据教育心理学,如果学生对于一件事物有极大的兴趣,

他们就会全身心地投入到知识的学习中去。接下来我想以一场story time的形式向各位家长介绍一下网络上、市面上一些常见的英

探讨。一:是借上周期中考试的机会,考卷也已分发下来,我们可以这次考试为切入点,就

教学方面进行交流;二:我想与各位家长共同探讨一下“怎样帮助孩子学好英语”, 不当之

处,敬请批评指正。 第一部分:分析试卷 第二部分:首先介绍一下教材,本套教材是跟初中英语相配套的,如果你现在不学好英

语,那将来的英语学习也是不难想象的,有心的家长会发现小学英语的词汇量与语法是无法

想象的。所以我们只有现在打好良好的基础,才不会导致英语越学越难、越学越差。曾经有家长打电话问我他孩子的英语基础很差怎么办,我的回答很简单,“只要他跟着我

的步子走,按照我的要求做,问题不大!”我的回答很简单,可真的做起来不那么容易哦!有

些家长就深深地体会到英语这个学科只要孩子用心,学习效果是很明显的,只要他背了记了,

效果就出来了,学习英语没有什么窍门,唯一的窍门也就是努力,没有笨孩子,只有懒惰的

学生。所以学习习惯很重要。

1. 英语课堂学习应该注重课堂学习效果,35分钟宝贵且有限,我们不可能在这短短的

时间内掌握所有的英语知识。英语学习还应重在平时,每天记单词,背语法要点,做好预习

与复习工作。想要靠临时突击, 临时抱佛脚的做法不可取也不可行。英语当天学习的内容应

该当天消化,如果不能及时消化就会积食,造成听课越听越不懂,形成恶性循环!在英语课

堂上,大部分学生都能很活跃的回答老师提出的问题,积极跟着老师拼读单词,朗读课文。

其实这也制造了一种假象,学生认为自己常常被老师提问,认为自己能够回答老师的问题,

于是认为自己的英语学得很不错,自我感觉特别好。于是下课后在英语上花的时间就少了。

其实要学好英语,课上占40%,其余的60%还需要学生在课后不断的巩固,加深记忆。在课上

老师更多的是教授新知识,当然课上也会有少量的时间巩固新学的知识。但是这些时间是公

共的时间,而不是每个学生私有的时间,所以不可能照顾到每个学生,不可能让所有学生都

达到相同的程度。况且每个学生对新知识得接受能力都是不同的,有的可能当堂就已经有很

深的印象,很难忘记,但这肯定是很少的。大部分学生都只能是初步接触了新知识,要真正

接受新知识还要学生在课后多下功夫,不然肯定会和别的同学拉下差距。

说,而说白了,学了英语就是要说,那不是白学了么?我布置得回家作业中有朗读课文这一

项,可是有多少学生真地做到了呢?听录音机跟读,不是鹦鹉学舌,听见什么就跟着说什么。

所读的知识已经学过了,跟录音机读应该是提高自己的听力和口语表达能力,要学生尽力地

去模仿录音机里的发音,从而使自己的听力和口语都提高一个层次。 英语是一门语言,学了就是要说,要和别人交流。我们学的英语不应该是哑巴英语,要

让每个学生学会勇敢地说出来。在课上我会用各种方法来刺激学生,激发他们说英语的积极

性,大多数学生也确实做得很好。可是班级里人多,对每个人来说,说的机会就少。所以下

课也要说;放学回家也要说。在学校,我鼓励学生把所学的英语对话运用到生活中去,这样

3. 让孩子熟练背诵课文 背诵是一项基本功,可以积累一些日常用语,到用的时等候就

可以脱口而出。但是在背诵过程中要讲究方法,不可操之过急,要注意分散和集中相结合。

可以让孩子先分段背,再把课文连起来背,这样可以降低一点难度,让学生背得轻松些。

4. 注重孩子默写的质量, 单词短语的默写,这是学英语的必经之路。单词往往背过就

容易会忘记,所以要不断的背默写,不断的翻新,这是没有办法的。我要求学生在背单词的

时候要边拼边写,嘴巴和手都要动起来,嘴上十遍不如手上一遍。家长在这里要作好检查督

促的工作,不要用不懂英语来帮助你的孩子学会偷懒,你可以报中文,让你的孩子默写,然

后对照书本批改订正,每天坚持的话,你一定会有意想布道的效果。还有句型,学生应该在

课上领会句型的意思和运用方法。课后还需要通过多读课文,多练习才能巩固所学的句型。

所以请各位家长不光要注重孩子背单词短语的情况,还要让他重视句子的重要性。千万不能

纵容自己的孩子第一次说:英语好难,我默不出来;就任由他去。你让你的孩子知道:今天,

你花大时间去养成好习惯,明天,你就可以更好。今天,你偷懒了一会,你明天的作业就会

dont judge a life by one difficult season.

there was a man who had four sons. he wanted his sons to learn to not judge things too quickly. so he sent them each on a quest, in turn, to go and look at a pear tree that was a great distance away.

the first son went in the winter, the second in the spring, the third in summer, and the youngest son in the fall.

the first son said that the tree was ugly, bent, and twisted. the second son said no - it was covered with green buds and full of promise.

the third son disagreed, he said it was laden with blossoms that smelled so sweet and looked so beautiful, it was the most graceful thing he had ever seen.

the last son disagreed with all of them; he said it was ripe and drooping with fruit, full of life and fulfillment.

the man then explained to his sons that they were all right, because they had each seen but one season in the trees life.
