访问学者如何联系导师求取邀请函

取得公派出资格（被国家录取）后，就可以联系国外大学或导师提出申请、取得其邀请函，拿到邀请函后才能进入到出国步骤的下一步。

今天厚谱教育就为大家讲解一下如何向国外导师索取邀请函。

申请方式：可以是自己提出，也可以请他人推荐或联系本人再申请。

申请步骤：

第一种，如果对国外导师或大学较熟悉，就可以直接向其提出申请，要求该学校负责人或导师接受本人作为访问学者，对方如有意，则会随之发来邀请函。如果不熟悉，就要费些事。厚谱教育提醒，可以通过网络搜索本人所在专业的国外院校或研究所的排行榜，然后找到相应的网页，通过查看academic找到主管访问学者研究的机构负责人联系方式，向其发出电子邮件申请，如该校有此项目或计划，并愿意接受申请，则该负责人或其秘书会要么发出邀请、要么推荐导师让你联系其人。

第二种，还可以通过网页上的faculty名单，找到与自己专业相同或相近的老师（教授与副教授均可），向其提出申请，如果对方不愿意接受申请，会要么拒绝要么推荐你一个网址要么推荐几个其他老师。

申请信：找导师的同时一定要注意的另一个关键环节

申请信的内容：一般包括：写信意图、本人拟在国外的起止时间（从外语培训考试及办理签证时间后起算）、费用负担、本人的专业方向、对国外学校及其专业的了解、对导师的了解、学习的初步简要计划或目标。随信至少应附上本人的英文简历（模板在网上都能搜索到的）。

申请信写好后：根据申请的学校和专业方向不同调整内容后，可以同时向多个学校或老师发出。因为很多信发出后，会得不到及时的回复或被拒。多发信，可以有效利用时间，防止因等一封信而耽误时间。

取得邀请函后：如果你对该学校或导师满意，就可以要求其出具DS2019表，拿到这两样东西，就可以预约签证。
