9. Certificate of No Wooden Packing or Certificate of Fumigation.非木包装声明或熏蒸证.
In addition, the Sellers shall, within three days after shipment, send by express airmail one extra sets ofthe aforesaid documents directly to the Buyers.
另外，卖方应于货物发运后三天内，用特快专递寄送一套上述的单据给买方。
11. SHIPMENT:
The Sellers shall ship the goods within the shipment time from the airport of shipment to the destination. Transshipment is allowed. Partial shipment is not allowed.
运输：卖方应于交货期内将合同货物从装货港运到目的场，不许分批，允许转运。
12Arbitration: All disputes in connection with this Contract or the execution there of shall be amicably settledthrough negotiation. In case no settlement can be reached between the two Parties, the case under dispute shall
be submitted to the Trade Arbitration Commission of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade
for arbitration. The arbitration shall take place in Beijing,china and shall be executed in accordance with theProvisional Rules of Procedure of the said Commission and the decision made by the Arbitration Commission shall
be accepted as final and binding upon both parties. The fees for arbitration shall be borne by the losing Partyunless otherwise awarded.
仲裁：一切因执行本合同所发生与本合同有关之争执，双方应友好协商解决。如双方协商不能解决时，此争执应提交中国国际贸易促进委员会对外贸易仲裁委员会， 按照该仲裁委员会仲裁程序暂行规则进行仲裁。仲裁地点在中国北京。仲裁委员会的裁决为终局裁决，对双方均有约束力，对仲裁费用除非仲裁委员会另有决定外，均由败诉一方负担。

1. The buyer shall have the covering letter of credit which should reach the Seller 30 days before shipment, failing which the Seller reserves the right to rescind without further notice, or to regard as still valid whole or any part of this contract not fulfilled by the Buyer, or to lodge a claim for losses thus sustained, if any.
2. In case of any discrepancy in Quality/Quantity, claim should be filed by the Buyer within 30 days after the arrival of the goods at port of destination; while for quantity discrepancy, claim should be filed by the Buyer within 15 days after the arrival of the goods at port of destination.
3. For transactions concluded on C.I.F. basis, it is understood that the insurance amount will be for 110% of the invoice value against the risks specified in the Sales Confirmation. If additional insurance amount or coverage required, the Buyer must have the consent of the Seller before Shipment, and the additional premium is to be borne by the Buyer.
4. The Seller shall not hold liable for non-delivery or delay in delivery of the entire lot or a portion of the goods hereunder by reason of natural disasters, war or other causes of Force Majeure, However, the Seller shall notify the Buyer as soon as possible and furnish the Buyer within 15 days by registered airmail with a certifi-cate issued by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade attesting such event(s).
5. All deputies arising out of the performance of, or relating to this contract, shall be settled through negotiation.In case no settlement can be reached through negotiation, the case shall then be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its arbitral rules.The arbitration shall take place in Shanghai. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties.

11.买方须于2008年6月1日钱到本批交易的信用证（或通知卖方进口许可证号码），否则，售方有权不经通知取消本确认书，或接受买方对本合同未执行的全部或一部份，或对因此遭受的损失提出索赔。

12. 凡以CIF条件成交的业务，保额为发票的110%，投保险别以本售货确认书中所列的为限，买方要求增加保额或保险范围，应于装船前经售方同意，因此而增加的保险费由买方负责。

13. 不可抗力：本确认书所述全部或部分商品，如因人力不可抗拒的原因，以致不能履约或延迟交货，卖方概不负责。 FURCEE MAJEURE: THE SELLERS SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR FAILURE OR DELAY IN DELIVERY OF THE ENTIRE LOT OR A PORTION OF THE GOODS UND THIS SALES CONFIRMATION ON CONSEQUENCE OF ANY FORCE MAJEURE INCIDENTS.
14.品质数量异议：如买方提出索赔，凡属品质异议须于货到目的口岸之日3个月内提出，凡属数量异议须于货到目的口岸之日15天内提出，对所装运物所提出任何异议属于保险公司，轮船公司及其他有关运输机构或邮递机构所负责者，售方不负任何责任。
QUATLITY/QUANTITY DISCREPANCY:IN CASE OF QUALITY DISCREPANCEY,CLAIN SHOULD BE FILED BY THE BUYERS WITHIN 3 MONTHS AFTER THE ARRIVAL OF THE GOODS AT PORT OF DESTINATION,WHILE OF QUANTITY DISCREPANCY,CLAIM SHOULD BE FILED BY
