Directed the strategic analysis of Williams which resulted in spin-off of Smithfield.

Established the entire accounting and financial infrastructure for new corporation. Developed policies and procedures for budgeting, financial analysis, financial reporting, tax accounting, and pension accounting. Coordinated with Treasury Department for international cash management.

Directed complex financial analysis and integration of all accounting and financial operations for 19 acquisitions worldwide ($500,000 to $258 million.) Integrated two acquisitions concurrent with company spin-off.

Orchestrated accounting and financial affairs for the disposition of over 70 operating divisions of Williams during the company's realignment of its core portfolio. Consulted with Williams R.K. operations to resolve operational and financial issues related to the disposition of international business units.

Developed economic analysis of impact on stock price of share buyback versus acquisition investment with the company's price / earnings ratio as measure.

Served as the sole company representative on behalf of Smithfield in discussions and negotiations with the SEC on challenged issues regarding company formation and financial information.

Successfully represented Williams in an arbitration of a disputed sales contract.
