对绿色建筑设计与节能技术探讨

摘要:随着建筑市场经济的发展,环境的承载能力成为衡量发展潜力的主要指标。为实现可持续发展,创造与自然和谐的人居环境,提供健康、舒适、活动空间,节俭使用有限资源与能源的绿色建筑,将逐渐成为人们的共识。本文就绿色建筑设计与节能技术进行了探讨。

关键词:绿色建筑;设计原则;节能技术

引言:

随着时代不断前进,从低能耗建筑到零能耗建筑;从建成环境影响到全寿命周期评价;从形体环境到人居环境;发展正经历着前进方向上根本性的变革。绿色建筑是将可持续发展观引入建筑设计的结果,要实现绿色建筑设计,设计师不仅需要以可持续发展的思想来反思传统设计理念,还需要掌握多层次、多专业、多学科的整体设计模式。

一.绿色建筑的内涵

关于绿色建筑的定义和内容,学术界尚无完全一致的意见,但世界各国专家、学者的基本观点是相同的:在全寿命周期内,绿色建筑将消耗最少的能源和资源,对环境和生态产生最小的影响,同时为居住和使用者提供健康舒适的工作、居住和活动空间。可见绿色建筑是实现“人、建筑、自然”三者和谐统一的重要途径,也是我国实施21世纪可持续发展战略的重要组成部分。在绿色建筑诸多方面的特征中降低能源消耗便是最重要的特征之一。

1.建筑与生态

近年来,我国十分重视可持续发展观,尤其针对保护环境、节约能源和减少污染等方面制定和颁布了一系列法规,并组织研究、开发和应用再生资源(如太阳能、地热能、风能、水能、生物能)及新型节能材料等许多新技术、新产品。开展了住宅性能认定、生态住宅技术评估、健康住宅建设技术要点和居住区环境景观设计导则等工作,并取得明显成效。

2.建筑与环境建筑设计要充分考虑周围环境,建筑的构造、色彩、风格等均须结合当地习俗、技术和环境等条件,使建筑成为整个环境中的一个有机组成部分。建筑设计应从“物质环境、生态环境、社会环境和艺术环境“等方面综合思考,树立“遵循自然,回归自然“的意向。处理好建筑与生态环境的相互关系,遵循生态平衡观点和整体有序、循环再生原则,注重社会环境和艺术环境的再造。

3.建筑与节能

绿色建筑作为活的有机体,其外部围护结构如同人的皮肤一样,维持各种生存所必须的功能,室内外各种物质、能量等的交换均由渗透性的“皮肤”进行,以便维持健康、舒适的室内生存环境质量。因此,绿色建筑的节能技术尤其重要。

二.绿色建筑设计理念

1.绿色建筑与可持续发展

建筑是人类改变和适应周围环境的一种开发行为,建筑行为包含自然资源的消耗、改变和转化,显然这些行为在各方面都对环境造成影响,也将影响人类的可持续发展。

“绿色”是自然、生态、生命与活力的象征,它是表征人类与自然和谐共处、协调发展的文化,贴切而直观地表达可持续发展的概念和内涵。“绿色建筑”的产生和发展,是将绿色思想引入建筑领域的结果,这是国际建筑界对人类可持续发展战略所采取的积极回应,也必将成为未来建筑的主导趋势。

2.绿色建筑设计基本原则

绿色建筑需要人类以可持续发展的思想反思传统的建筑理念。理性设计的思维方式和科学程序的把握,是提高绿色建筑环境效益、社会效益和经济效益的基本保证。与传统建筑相比,绿色建筑应特别遵循以下基本原则:

(1)关注建筑的全寿命周期

建筑从最初的规划设计到随后的建造、运行、改造及至最终拆除,形成了一个全寿命周期。若考虑到建筑的构成材料,这一周期还应前溯至原材料的开采、运输和加工过程,向后追溯到建筑废弃、拆毁后的垃圾处理等全过程。关注建筑的全寿命周期就意味着,不仅要在规划设计阶段充分考虑并利用环境因素,还要确保施工过程对环境的影响降至最低,且在运行阶段能为人们提供健康,舒适低耗无害的空间,并将拆除过程对环境的危害降到最低。

(2)适应自然条件、保护自然环境

建筑设计应充分利用场地周边的自然条件,保留和利用地形、地貌、植被和自然水系,保持历史文化与景观的连续性;充分考虑当地气候特征的生态环境,建筑风格、规模与周围环境保持协调;应尽可能减少对自然环境的负面影响,如减少有害气体、废弃物的排放,减少对生态环境的破坏。

(3)创建健康、舒适的环境

绿色建筑应合理考虑使用者的需求,努力创造优美、和谐的环境;提高建筑室内舒适度,改善室内环境质量;保障安全,降低环境污染,同时为人们提高工作效率创造条件。

(4)加强资源节约与综合利用

绿色建筑应优化设计和管理,选择适用的技术、材料和产品;合理利用并优化资源配置,减少对资源的占有和消耗;最大限度提高资源、能源和原材料的利用效率,积极促进资源的综合利用;延长建筑物整体使用寿命,增强其性能及适应性。

3.建筑节能

降低能源消耗是绿色建筑最重要的特征之一。建筑节能是指建筑物规划、设计、新建(改建、扩建)、改造和使用过程中,执行建筑节能标准,采用节能型建筑技术、工艺、设备、材料和产品,提高保温隔热性能和采暖供热、空调制冷热系统效率,加强建筑物用能系统的运行管理,利用可再生能源,在保证建筑物室内环境质量的前提下,减少采暖供热、空调制冷,控制照明、热水供应的能耗。 三绿色建筑节能技术应用

1.建筑设计

合理的建筑设计是降低建筑使用过程中的能耗的重要前提条件。如当一栋建筑的功能、规模、场地确定后,建筑的朝向和外形会在很大程度上影响建筑能耗。一般认为,建筑体形系数小,单位建筑面积对应的外表面积就小,这样有利于降低采暖空调系统的负荷。其实,这种认识只在一定程度上是正确的。采暖空调系统的负荷来自室内外三部分,一是室内外的温差和太阳辐射传热,二是室内人员设备、照明产生的热量,三是向室内提供新鲜空气所需的能耗,其中前两部分的负荷,有时是相互叠加,有时又相互抵消。

2.建筑围护结构

建筑围护结构热工性能的优劣,是直接影响建筑使用能耗大小的重要因素。我国根据一月份和七月份的平均气温,划分严寒地区、寒冷地区、夏热冬冷地区、夏热冬暖地区和温和地区五个不同的建筑气候区,各地的气候差异很大,建筑围护结构应与建筑所处环境相适应。在严寒地区,建筑围护结构的保温性能是一项非常重要的指标,在墙体的外面增加一层保温材料是必要和非常有效的,且在一个合理的厚度范围内,保温层越厚,热工性能就越优越。而在夏热冬冷地区,建筑围护结构既要考虑冬季保温性能又要考虑夏季隔热性能,而这两者有时又会产生矛盾。

近年来,在建筑围护结构中,玻璃的使用面积越来越大。从绿色建筑角度考虑,透明的围护结构可以增加室内采光及冬季白天的太阳辐射量。但基于目前的技术发展条件,在一个合理的价格范围内,透明围护结构的热阻还是远远小于非透明围护结构的,更何况直接进入室内的太阳辐射在夏季常是空调系统的主要负荷,透明部分的外侧必须设有效的遮阳(最好是卷帘、百叶窗之类的活动遮阳),以降低进入室内的太阳辐射量。由于透明围护结构的热工性能比非透明围护结构差,因此从节能角度出发,控制透明围护结构的大面积使用还是很有必要的。

3.室内环境控制技术

室内环境控制包括自然通风利用、自然光利用、空气处理系统等,其中暖通空调系统的技术应用最为重要。各类空调系统的能效存在较大的差异,建筑内部空调的合理分区对运行能耗的影响也很大,系统的科学运行管理对实际节能与否有相当重要的影响。

公共建筑暖通空调系统的能耗至少占建筑总能耗的50%以上,优化系统设计是节能的前提,系统的自动控制则是节能成败的关键。目前,暖通空调系统基本上采用集散控制技术,系统节能效率达10%~30%。

4.可再生能源应用技术

(1)太阳能光伏发电系统

太阳能属可再生能源,其最大优点是减少污染、保护生态环境。独立运行的太阳能光伏发电系统由太阳能电池板、控制器、蓄电池和逆变器组成,若并网运行,则无需蓄电池组。我国年均太阳能辐射量为5000WJ,年均日照时间为2200h,资源相当丰富。目前,太阳能光伏发电系统应用场所主要包括建筑物部分用电设备、环境照明(如庭院灯、草坪灯等)、道路照明、体育场照明等,随系统造价的降低,太阳能光伏发电系统的应用场所会越来越多。

(2)太阳能热水系统

随人们生活水平的提高,热水供应逐渐成为住宅建筑必须具备的功能,热水能耗也会越来越大,利用太阳能提供生活热水应是符合绿色建筑原则的。在住宅建筑中普及太阳能热水供应的最大障碍还在于太阳能热水器与建筑的一体化时,

只有当太阳能利用与建筑设计真正一体化,才能实现完全意义上的太阳能热水供应。太阳能屋顶应成为绿色建筑、尤其是绿色住宅建筑的一项重要措施。

5.建筑智能化系统

绿色建筑与智能建筑的共同点是建筑节能与环境控制。智能建筑(lB)是以建筑为平台,兼备建筑设备、办公自动化及通信网络系统,集结构、系统、服务、管理及它们间的最优化组合,向人们提供安全、高效、舒适、便利的建筑环境。建筑设备自动化系统(BAS),将建筑物、建筑群内的电力、照明、空调、给排水、防灾、保安、车库管理等设备或系统构成综合系统,以便集中监视、控制和管理。系统显著的功能就是建筑节能与环境控制。

6.照明技术

照明也是建筑的耗能大项,在商业建筑中,照明能耗可占总能耗的20%~30%。照明不仅本身消耗能量,在有空调降温需求的场合,照明能耗还增大了空调系统供冷的需求。在绿色建筑中,可通过采用昼光照明、先进的照明技术和高效合理的照明设计来降低照明能耗。

昼光照明是“绿色”的照明方式,不仅降低能耗,还可起到降低供电峰值的作用。在大体量建筑中,房间进深通常都很大,利用一些折光板和反射天花板就能将光线引入房间内部,减少白天照明的需求。昼光资源的利用作为一项专门的课题,在绿色建筑中有很大的舞台。

照明技术的发展为照明节能提供技术支撑。为满足同样的照度要求,高光效的光源和灯具比普通光源和灯具消耗的电能要低得多。另外,从建筑设计角度应对降低照明能耗作出强制性规定。我国新版《建筑照明设计标准》规定了各类房间照明功率密度(LPD)限值,就是要在设计环节控制过度照明的发生。结束语

利用资源、最低限度地影响环境的建筑物。其基本内涵可归纳为:

减轻建筑对环境的负荷,即节约能源及资源

人类对于建筑的需求,经历了掩蔽一舒适建筑一健康建筑一

绿色建筑这样四个阶段,第一阶段是低能耗甚至无能耗的阶段,

第二和第三阶段是高耗能的阶段,第四阶段则是高能量效率、大

量利用可再生能源和未利用能源的阶段。在世界建筑发展的大潮

流中,建筑节能是建筑技术进步的一个重大标志,也是建筑界实

施可持续发作现状人手,把握建筑节能工作中存在的问题,并设

法加以解决。

绿色建筑设计理念包括以下几个方面: ①节约资源 在建筑设计、建造和建筑材料的选择中,均考

虑资源的合理使用和处置。要减少资源的使用,力求使资源可再

生利用。节约水资源,包括绿化的节约用水。

②节约能源 充分利用太阳能,采用节能的建筑围护结构以

材料和装修材料。室内空气清新,温、湿度适当,使居住者感觉

良好,身心健康。

绿色建筑的建造特点包括:对建筑的地理条件有明确的要求,

土壤中不存在有毒、有害物质,地温适宜,地下水纯净,地磁适

中。

绿色建筑应尽量采用天然材料。建筑中采用的木材、树皮、

竹材、石块、石灰、油漆等,要经过检验处理,确保对人体无害。

绿色建筑还要根据地理条件,设置太阳能采暖、热水、发电及风力发

电装置,以充分利用环境提供的天然可再生能源。

双层智能型幕墙

“珠江城”项目采用300窄腔“龛式”内呼吸连遮阳百叶双层智能幕墙。

一方面,空腔内遮阳百叶可根据气候与天气条件的变化进行统一智能控制调节角度与高度,实现将自然光引入办公室深处同时消除临窗外区的高辐射与眩光带给人的不适感,并节省人工照明用电量;第二方面,幕墙内呼吸动力系统配合外区冷梁设计可根据室外环境变化
