一.基础理论

1.制冷系统基本原理

压缩机排出的高温高压气体经过冷凝器(室外机)通过风机把热量与空气中的介质进行热交换散热(放热过程)后冷凝变为中温高压的液体制冷剂,然后通过膨胀阀或者毛细管进行节流降压逐渐变为低压中温的制冷剂液体然后进入蒸发气(室内机)进行蒸发气化逐渐转化为低温低压的气体,空气中的热量就被蒸发器所吸收,环境的温度就逐渐下降然后空气中的水分就翻盖在蒸发器的表面上通过底部的接水盘排出室外(如下图)。

2.空调基本电源控制系统原理:

室内配电箱三相四线引到室外机的接线端或交流接触器的输入端(注:输出端的电压主要供给压缩机和室外风机使用)。从输入端引220V交流电压供室内机使用,经过室内稳压器进行整流稳压后供给内机电脑板,再分2路电源,一路供给室内风机与控制面板、一路输出低压控制信号,控制外机的低压部分(如三相接触器线圈的工作电压)控制交流接触器的吸合与断开从而控制压缩机的启动与停止。

3.1.压 缩 机

功 能:

1、(循环心脏)提高冷媒压力,以致冷媒可以在高温下冷凝,建立系统运作所需的两个不同压力

空调压缩机测量方法是测空调压缩机(380V)的三相阻值是否一样(约5~9Ω),阻值为零或差值大的可判断压缩机是坏的。阻值相近的一般情况下是正常的但不排出卡缸和串气。空调压缩机(220V)的三相阻值是否是A+B=C。

例: 压缩机三个功能脚的判断,用RX 1档测出阻值最大的两端,与这两端所对立的另一端即为公共C端、然后以公共端C端为中心,测出其余两个脚的阻值,阻值大的那个脚为启动S端、阻值小的为R运行端。(C:为公公端、S:启动端、R:运行端)

3.2.冷凝器

经压缩后的高温高压气体较外面的冷却空气和水温度为高,所以能够将在蒸发器吸取的蒸发潜热放出来,由冷却空气或水带走,本

身却冷凝为液体,功能:把系统中的热放出。

3.3.膨胀阀

膨胀阀——

控制冷媒流到蒸发器的流量,是冷媒由高压到低压差的分界点。当液体通过膨胀阀时,压力突然降低,一部分液体会突然蒸发,称之闪蒸。闪蒸现象可把其余未蒸发的液体冷却,变成冷液体。功能:调整冷媒的流量,起到节流、降压、降温的作用。

3.4.蒸发器

蒸发器——

冷媒液体一边流动一边蒸发,不断的吸收外面的热,变成低温气体。同时蒸发器外面的空气或水便会被冷却。

3.5.控制面板(参照:力博特、依米康)

作用:控制空调的启动与停止与参数的修改。

3.6.控制变压器

作用:由交流220V电压转换为交流12V或者24V的低电压供电脑板使用。

空调变压器的测量方法:在带电测量的情况下,用万用表交流挡测量初级有220V输入,次级有交流24V(依米康、力博特)或交流12V(其它机子如格力)输出。在断电常温下用万用表欧姆挡(200Ω挡位)测量变压器的初级线圈阻值为20Ω,次级线圈阻值为0.04Ω.初级线圈的阻值比次级要大。

01 准备工具

俗话说“工欲善其事,必先利其器",在动手清洗空调之前我们应该准备哪些工具呢?

干净的布一块

专业空调清洗剂一瓶

不同的清洗剂,大致的原理都一样。只是罐体的设计或者喷头的设计不太相同。压力罐装的喷涂效果更加均匀一些,水雾效果更出色。价格方面空调清洗剂的价格在20元左右。

清洗工具1把(推荐软毛极细毛牙刷)

工具都准备好了,下面我们就正是进入动手环节。

02 断电

一定要记得断电再清洗,一方面是对电器的保护,另一方面是对自身安全的保护。

03 打开空调前面板

一般空调的前面板都是卡在上面的,很容易就能取下,柜式空调会有所不同,有的柜式空调的过滤网是在侧面出风口下方,也很容易就能取下。如果您找不到开启的地方,也可以参看空调的说明书

04 取出过滤网

过滤网是过滤灰尘及粉尘的第一道关卡,所以也最容易被污染。使用过一段时间后要常清洗。还要注意一点,就是空调就算在冬天不使用,我们也最好能隔2个月开一次。

05 清洗滤网

这里要注意下,根据过滤网的不同情况有几种处理办法

不太脏

如果灰尘聚集量不大,建议直接用水龙头或者配水管冲洗

很脏

如果灰尘已经把网眼堵住了,建议把滤网泡在水盆中,用软毛牙刷轻轻刷洗。切忌不可像刷鞋子一样用力,会破坏滤网的网眼,严重的会直接把滤网弄破

06 通风处晾干

有些心急的小伙伴会把滤网直接拿到太阳下暴晒晒干,这是错误的做法。把滤网放在通风处自然吹干即可。
