英语口语协会和演讲与口才协会是南昌大学最具人气和影响力的两大社团，自创会以来一直秉承着“以明志树人，以自信强人，以务实达人，以热情动人”的宗旨，服务全体同学，为响应团中央倡导全国学生积极开展课余文化活动，全

第一部分 活动介绍
活动名称： 南昌大学第七届双语演讲比赛 活动主题： 演讲改变人生，双语成就未来
主题背景： 推广双语演讲，旨在促进中英文的传播和发展，丰富校园生活，提高大学生中
英文水平，在热爱母语的同时更好地发展外语。通过本次活动，可以提高广大学生的综合素质和自我表现能力，有利促进人才的培养，学校乃至国家的发展。本次活动为广大学生提供了一个展现自我的舞台。激情和活力在这里洋溢，凸现了大学生健康积极的精神风貌，有利于促进学习、生活、身心的全面进步。

第二部分 活动策划
初赛：
分为中文，英文两个赛场，演协负责中文赛场，口协负责中文赛场。每位选手都必须参加中文，英文两场命题演讲。总活动时间在2~3个小时，口协，演协 分别做好：组织，协调，评审以及资料的收集工作。具体晋级人数依据总报名人数待定。
复赛：
英文命题演讲，根据晋级人数分为2~3个分赛场，晋级人数待定，总活动时间为2~3个小时。做好组织，协调，评审工作。
决赛：
在游泳馆或音乐厅举行，届时将办成一个晚会性质的比赛，会邀请校领导，学生组织的负责人到场观看。总活动时间2个半小时，18名选手进行角逐，比赛分为3个环节：一，才艺展示，每位选手3分钟的自我才艺展示，拉票。二，中文对决，把选手分成3队，每队2组，一组3人。每队一个辩题，2组选手进行自由辩论，辩题由选手赛前抽签决定。获胜的3组，抽签决定由两组先进行比赛，优胜组和剩下的组进行笔试。由评委根据各位选手的表现进行打分。每场10分钟。辩论三，英文风采，赛前，给所有选手3个情境，由选手自发组合，选手自行组织联系排练，比赛时合作完成表演。每个场景10~15分钟。
第三部分 活动宣传
