希望看了这篇贴后，亲们能找到答案。首先，我们来了解一下公证的定义吧。公证是指国家公证机关根据当事人的申请，依照
法定程序，对法律行为及有法律意义的文件和事实，确认其真实性和合法性的一种活动。公
证机关，是由国家设置的，行使国家公证职能的机构，我国的公证机关是市、县公证处，还
有外交代表机关即驻外使馆、领事馆。公证处受司法行政机关领导;但它本身不是国家司法行
政机关，而是国家公证机关。各公证处之间没有隶属关系，各自出具的公证书，都具有同等
的效力。我们的留学公证一定是市级以上的公证处做的涉外公证，目的就是证明你的证件的
有效性以及你的证件的译本是否和原件符合。毕业证，学位证，成绩单可在你所在地的市公
证处公证，有中介的同学可以请中介代理，户口簿和出生证明则一定要到你的户籍所在地的
市公证处办理。
涉外公证书的格式都大体相同：按先后顺序，第一页是证书原件，然后是原件的译本，
公证词，公证词的翻译。翻译很重要哦，因为很可能你公证书上的翻译有严重错误,从而影响
你的申请!(我就遇到过这样的悲剧@_@，所以首先想到要写一篇关于公证的贴子)由于现在很
多垃圾公证，他们自己不会翻译，只能请翻译公司翻译，而很多翻译公司又是垃圾公司，不

的翻译公司翻译的。我申请了两所学校，一所是mq和usyd，两所学校我是8月26号同时递
的申请，mq的offer在9月29号就下来了，而悉大的offer一个多月了一直就没有消息。
后来收到通知，说是我的成绩单的公证有问题，要我重新递交一份有效的成绩。我当时傻了，
难道公证也会出错?我于是找到我的公证自己好好检查了一下，才发现确实公证的翻译有错误，
95分翻译成85分，口语译成听力。我当时很气愤，真的不能太相信公证处了。可是由于时
间紧迫，我必须尽快拿到offer，我也没有找公证处理论，自己翻译了一份成绩，确保无误
后找学校领导盖了章，第二天就递交上去了。可能mq大学在审理我的材料的时候不是很仔细，
所以给了我offer，而悉大则相对严格，所以迟迟没给我offer。后来，成绩submit过去后
的第四天就给了我offer。在不同省市办公证收费是不同的，自己翻译和让公证处帮助翻译的价格也不同。(申请悉
大可以不用公证了的成绩，只要是学校承认的英文成绩单就可以了。)其实这些证件都是可以
自己翻译的。我去做户口簿公证的时候，标准收费是公证加翻译一共680元，自己翻译300
元。因为有经验，我自己翻译，于是用相 机在公证处拍了一个户口本的翻译样本，自己花了一个小时就搞定了，节约了380元!
还有一次我做了一个委托公证，我自己去问价时说是要收250元，然后让我爸找他熟悉的公
证员，他花50元就办好了。 还是那句话，对公证处真的很无语!^_^很多diy的同学在办理
时都是希望尽量节约成本，像公证上的一些翻译费用完全可以节约下来哦，不要让公证处“黑”
了可爱的童鞋们。
tips: 筒子们在申请学校或者做签证的时候，不要太相信公证处，拿到公证后一定要仔
细检查公证是否有疏漏;如果亲的公证处允许，亲可以自己翻译你要公证的证件，这样可以节
约大概50%的公证费;用来申请悉尼大学的成绩单可以不用公证，公证了反而可能增加不必要
的麻烦，亲可以直接用学校承认的英文成绩单申请;拿到任何公证，亲都应该及时发现公证件
错误的地方，因为如果因为公证的问题而耽误了亲的申请，即使公证处愿意给你重新公证，

一、写作技巧
（一）概述
公证是指国家公证机关根据当事人的申请，对某法律行为，有法律意义的文件和事实， 依据法定的程序确认其合法性和真实性的一种活动。
公证书的概念
公证书是国家公证机关依据公民、法人或非法人团体的申请，对其法律行为、具有法律 意义的文书和事实，出具具有特殊法律效力的证明文书。涉外公证书是指由我国公证机关出
具的准备在外国管辖范围内使用的公证书。
（二）公证书的种类
公证书的种类很多，涉及到社会、经济、文化等各个领域。例如，委托证明书（power of attorney certificate）、继承权证明书（certificate of inheritance）、亲属关系证明书（certificate
of kinship）、转让证明书（certificate of transfer）、学历证明书（schooling certificate）、产
地证明书（certificate of origin）、商标证明书（trade mark registration certificate）等等。
（三）公证书的写作格式
公证书由首部、正文和尾部组成。
1. 首部：（1）文书名称，一般在文书的上部正中写“公证书”或是“××证明书”，如 “合同证明书”、“委托证明书”等。（2）文书编号，包括年度、公证机关名称缩写、公证书
顺序号书写在文书标题的右下方，如“1994公字第×号”。
2. 正文：亦称证词，是公证书中核心部分，它分为直接证明和间接证明两类。直接证 明证明书中写明公证活动中所确认的行为和事实。如“招标证明书”、“开奖证明书”等等。
间接证明是通过对证词前所附的有法律意义的文书的证明，间接确认需要公证的事实或行
为，如“合同证明书”、“委托证明书”等等。公证词的语言文字要求准确、明了、易懂，而
且用语肯定，不可模棱两可，产生歧义。
3. 尾部：（１）制作文书的机关名称，写全称。（２）文书签署人的职务和签名，先写“公 证员”，然后由公证员签名或盖签名章。涉外公证书必须签名，盖签名章无效。（３）文书签
发的年、月、日，并盖公章。
