［摘要］本文通过从人体感知的概念出发，研究人体感知在包装设计中如何应用。通过对观感、听感、触摸感等几方面进行阐述和探究，并对未来新时代包装的发展趋势进行展望。

引言
美国杜邦公司调查“63%的消费者是凭商品的包装形象作为购买决策的”，这就是著名的“杜邦定律”。从而证明消费者获得产品的信息过程是由注意开始的。在如今形形色色的包装冲刺消费者眼球的时代，让消费者对商品产生叠加感觉往往成为促进购买力和巩固固定消费者的手段。人体感知在包装中的运用促进了商品的消费，使现代包装由最初的“设计服从消费需求”到“设计引导消费”转变成“设计是文化和经济”。
一、人体感知在现代包装中的应用
（一）人体感知——观感在现代包装中的应用
随着时代的发展，商品品牌也越来越注意精神内涵和文化价值，以顺应消费者的需求。通过对消费者心理和行为的系统分析，只有与消费者心理活动紧密相随，才能进入消费者的注意范围之内，才可能被感知，产生购买的驱动力。被感知的最初是通过视觉来传译的。
我们的大脑记录了日常事物的形态、颜色、感觉，乃至声音。当具有象征性的印象出现在人们面前时，大脑皮层即兴奋起来，从而展开与记忆中相关联的联想，这就是所谓的“个性至而形象达”，完成一次有目的的沟通。
例如：现在很多商战中商品的包装多强调“惯用色”和“固有色”，目的是更迅速及时地体现商品的形象色调，在第一时间使消费者产生与记忆中相关联一样的认知反映，快速地凭色彩确知包装物的内容。如用深红色表现甜味重的食物，用绿色表现清淡天然的食物。用深棕色表现咖啡、巧克力等马上可以联想到口感的食品。这些标识性象征色具有很强的识别力，同时在巩固记忆力上也有很大的帮助。可口可乐和百事可乐在色彩上一个运用充满活力激情的红，一个运用充满创新时尚的蓝。这种观感符号效应在产品包装中就会主题突出，具有显著的识别力，使消费者更易辨识和产生亲切感，一看到这样的观感符号就可以想到是某种商品的品牌。在实战中，为了突出商品经常出现商品系列化，这样在视觉上更易产生整齐划一地突出陈列效果，达到锦上添花、先声夺人的目的。例如：德芙巧克力根据不同口味设计出惯用色一致但又各有侧重色的系列巧克力产品。
（二）人体感知——听感在现代包装中的应用
目前，《国际商标法》已经允许声音、气味注册成商标，在本土香港新兴了“声品牌”。
声品牌作为一种软包装确实在生活中起到了强化消费者记忆的作用，并且不必为引入“声品牌”而无端增加成本。例如麦当劳的《我就喜欢》，听见这个特定的声音就和看见店门口那个有点戏谑的小丑形象一样马上联系到了好吃的麦当劳。腾讯QQ经典的用户上线咳嗽声，每当听见这个经典的声音立刻就会联想到QQ聊天工具，恰当的声品牌设定对品牌产品起到一个良好的包装定位的作用。
（三）人体感知——触摸感在现代包装中的应用
任何物体都有特定的材质构成，不同的材质表面产生不同的触觉感受，我们所说的触摸感信息传达与传统肌理概念不同，它更深入，更人性化，最大程度地迁就人的行为动作模式，甚至考虑到人的情感，达到深入人心的目的。正如没有人愿意握破碎的玻璃，看到锋利的边缘，我们的触感反应就告诉我们那将不会是一场愉快的体验。而我们看到漂亮的丝绸，又光滑又柔软，则很愿意摸一下，这是由于我们过去对这些触觉经验已经在大脑中形成了判断符号，诱导了我们的行为。所以包装利用和产品相适应的材料形成逼真的触摸感和亲和力，设计中触感设计的来源；一种是包装材料本身材质的肌理，材料感觉特性是一种心理感受，它可以是任由这个被模拟物体本身是感觉柔软的、坚硬的、光滑的还是粗糙的，再进行模拟，制造逼真感和与一种微妙的感受；另一种是在第一种的基础上进行的扩展延伸，它考虑得更细腻，包装材质的选用既考虑包装的材质又要考虑到被包装的产品材质肌理要素，并模拟设计在产品的外包装上，使消费者在第一时间获得对包装商品的认知和识别，例如果汁的外包装用类似果皮一样凹凸的纸包裹，使消费者感觉就像拿着从树上刚摘下的新鲜水果直接饮用一般愉悦。众所周知的可口可乐饮料，其很具有代表性的玻璃瓶也是触感包装一个很好的例子，可口可乐公司在1898年花巨资研发一种装可乐的瓶子，要求即使在黑暗中，用手一触摸就知道是可口可乐的瓶子。长期以来，这款标志性流线型的瓶身因为握在手里有很好的舒适度而成为经典。这种包装设计中触摸感的舒适性和真实性日益被人们所关注，在很大程度上避免了传统包装的相似性。可以更清晰、准确地强化产品，巩固消费者对产品的忠诚度。
二、现代包装的趋势
现在已经进入科技产业化的时代，包装设计已经不单纯是一个设计，而是由硬向软的一种转变，更多是有形的设计向无形的产业转变。设计的人性化、产业化是我们今后设计的趋势和主导方向，设计出更多新颖独特的既能满足现代人不同层次的需求，也能有利于生态环境保护的现代包装新品。
